BUILDING A BETTER ASIA: YOUNG LEADERS RETREAT 2009-10

The BABA Retreats are in need of persons who can play the role of facilitators. These facilitators are chosen from those who have attended previous retreats. This is a call for applications by fellows who may be interested to be facilitators for the next two BABA retreats to be held in China (13 – 19 September 2009) and India (February 2010).

The facilitator is expected to:
1.Improve the retreats by assisting the participants by sharing his/her experiences
2.Act as a bridge between the fellows of the previous retreats and current retreats
3.Assist the retreat director to develop a plan of action on the conduct of the retreat
4.Submit  a report on his/her experiences at the end of the retreat

Persons who wish to apply to be facilitators should meet the following criteria:
1.Candidates should have participated in the previous BABA retreats
2.Ability to stay throughout the duration of the retreat
3.Submit a 100-word statement on how you will make the retreat better
4. Submit a short biodata

Successful candidates will be provided with a return economy-class return airfare, accommodation and per diems to cover incidental expenses plus a honorarium.
