It is such as amazing opportunity for all of us to gather here, Zhongguanyuan Global Village, we are coming from different countries, genders, backgrounds, and interest, but we strongly believe, we are united, we are youth future leaders to make a diversity Asia become one, living in harmony, no more boundaries, hand in hand, no more wars, no more suspicious, because here we are, BABA 6, emerging peaceful for all, agent of change for better life.

At the first, all of us are welcome, even thought we arrived different time, but it is great to meet you all guys here at the  Zhongguanyuan Global Village.

BABA Facilitators directed us to Yingjie Exchange Center, Peking University. Here we got brief explanation by Mr. Rajaretnam about the objective of the BABA Retreat and anything related to BABA

It is preceded with the role of facilitators, resource persons, and the role of fantastic four.

Next, the BABA retreat is started with the story telling session, well guys, we were so excited during this session, we were told to draw our partner face in one line, it was conducted twice, then followed by asking our partner about what they liked, disliked, and also local people habits in their home countries. The point we obtain from here is that, besides knowing each other and breaking the ice, we are not now seeing any one in apart orseparately, but holistic, this we are, no more differentiation, no more boundaries, because we are now one in the diversity, unity in diversity.

The last session of this first day is dinner, well honestly speaking, it was great dinner, it’s not all about the food, but we were so happy because we can talk anything during dinner, specially when we had a discussion on how do you view woman and man from your own vision, well, we all agree that from men and women side intelligence, emotion, and spiritual are the most important in relationship

I was arrived very late due to some air plane delayed, But likely I changed my flight and arrived

around 18.30 at Beijing time.

During dinner I met the rest of the people and

had dinner with Fantastic 4 Chie, Ayako and Shu (1 is still missing) and of course with other wonderful guys like Miss Indonesia No1, Sadia, Nirosion, Paul and Rajar.

My first impression was so warm and every one became friends already, a bit jealous, but I have more days can be squeezed all together. Akira and Rina were so kind and he introduced me the training hall and way back to hotel because I totally no idea how to get there

It seems some guys had some tired about long flight.

Have a nice sleep and start doing our best for next few days.
