BABA Personal Statement:
After I graduated from of Economics and Business Management (FEBM) in year 2001 I intended to help and develop my country so I determined to be a teacher at FEBM; The first reason I would like to be a lecturer I liked to teach younger sisters at home and I taught my friends during we studied together in the Faculty, I have been strong in mathematic therefore they usually asked me to teach them before examination and secondly FEBM informed to recruit in administration staff and lecturers thus I applied to be a lecturer at Business Management Department, NUOL. I felt very happy and enthusiastic with my job and I was very proud to pour out my knowledge to the students, this occupation have taught me many things; I learnt deeply in the subjects that I taught, exchanged knowledge with senior lecturers who have higher experience and capacity. In order to improve comprehensive knowledge I found to join training programs in difference field, furthermore I also got scholarship from JICA who supported FEBM to study master degree in business administration, international course, Bangkok, Thailand. I had started to study in this institution from 4/2004 to 7/ 2006 while I studied MBA I expanded my knowledge especially; the theories, concept, planning and decision making step, in addition I exchanged the idea with Thai students and European students. It is very important lesson for me. And the course is further complemented by study tour in term of industrial of Thailand, and technical visit in Czech and Poland country. This program is very interested. After I graduated from MBA I came to my country to work in FEBM, I gave my knowledge, and experience to students, at that time I had a chance to join the research in topic ‘Corn Cash Crop Cultivation as an alternative for increasing families’ revenue’ and ‘Market Orientation of Corn’ Supported by Sasakawa Peace Foundation in year 2006-2008. I am interested to joint the meeting in theme “ Building the Common Good in Asia”

I am friendly and generous, like to help others people, can work in team, in addition I am very active and creative idea, to be responsible and respectful person.

BABA Leadership Statement:
The Association of Southeast Asian Nation on ASEAN was established on 8 August 1967 in Bangkok, there are ten member countries. The aims and purposes of the association are (1) accelerate economic growth, social progress and cultural development in the region and (2) to promote regional peace and stability through abiding respect for justice and the rule of law in the relationship among countries in the region and adherence to principle of the United Nation Charter. At present time it become to be ASEAN plus 4 there are China, Japan, Korea and India.

Building the common good in Asia bring to future leader. The meaning of leader; the leader must be able to look to the future and develop a vision or picture of potentiality that is positive and compelling and leader pointed to where the organization could or should go but importantly give the organization’s members a sense of understanding of what their role and importance would be as they move forward together.

Leadership in entrepreneurs should include the following attributes: visionary, flexibility, and ability to understand the environment, create management options, encourage teamwork, encourage open discussion, and build a coalition of supporters and persist.

Asia is a continent that consists of many countries like a company having many departments. Building the common good in Asia require to cooperate between countries to build strength within country and region to be a team in developing countries to be civilization and stability, there are four key elements: shared prosperity, common security, ecological balance, and human security.
